AS AN ADDITIONAL FREE SERVICE, (FOR STUDENT WHO ARE PERMANENT RESIDENT, ASYLUM, REFUGEES AND H-VISA) S.l.S. INTERNATIONAL WILL COMPLETE ALL FINANCIAL AID FORMS AT YOUR REQUEST INCLUDING THE FAFSA.

The annual renewal fee is $100 (per year, per student) for total package only.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

We guarantee our recommendations will demonstrate an increase in financial aid including: ( I ) grants, scholarships, and loans; or we will refund the amount paid. If aid is not received because applications or other necessary documents were filed after a schools deadline, the guarantee applies to the following school year. Guarantee is based upon the information that clients supplies to S.l.S. regarding parents' and student's income, assets, and the schools recommended . If the actual information varies, or recommended strategies are not applied, the guarantee does not apply. If aid is not received, client must notify S.l.S. immediately whereupon S.l.S. will attempt to resolve mistakes or help the client file appeals. The student must attend full-time and maintain satisfactory academic progress as determined by the U. S. Department of Education or Education Board of the country they are studying in.

CERTIFICATION

I certify that I have read and understand the terms of this Client Application and Fee for Service Agreement. I acknowledge that I have received a copy of this form and that all sales are final and service fees will be deemed earned as of the date of this agreement. A copy of this form will serve as a receipt for my payment.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

You may cancel this transaction, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days of this transaction date. The date to the right of your signature will serve as the transaction date. If you cancel, payment made by you under this agreement will be refunded within ten(l0) business days following receipt by S.l.S. of this cancellation notice. To cancel this transaction, this signed Notice of Cancellation must be received by mail or delivery at S.l.S. International, PO Box 3253, Patton, CA. 92369 postmarked no later than midnight, of third (3rd) business day from the date of this transaction.
